A time dilation chamber is a chamber in which the experience of the passing of time for individuals inside the chamber is altered. The experience of time passing is controlled outside of the chamber. For example, an individual within the chamber may mentally experience the passing of time to be the duration of 10 years, although time passing in the world outside is only a duration of 10 minutes. The experience is purely mental and does not physically age individuals within the chamber.
